Our training is designed to teach fundamental volleyball skills such as passing, serving, setting, blocking, attacking and defense. We also focus on movement, communication, decision making, and team play situations. Players train in small groups based on skill level. This provides the athletes with the best environment to develop their skills, be challenged and see success.
Legacy 129 Volleyball Training is designed to be a developmental program that offers multiple training days per session. This means that each training opportunity allows for the player to "build" on the skills that they worked on previously and to continue to develop what they already know. This is why our training spans a few weeks, not just a one-day camp or clinic. Training will benefit players of all levels, whether they are new to the game of volleyball, or already have varsity level experience. Participants can attend one or both sessions. Session I is NOT a requirement for session II.
Summer Volleyball Training
Session I
June 11-12, 18-19, 25-26

9th-12th Grade

Each training session offers six dates to choose from. We encourage a minimum of three days to maximize the training and offer the opportunity for players to "build " on the skills that they learn. As a developmental training program, we want to give players the best opportunity to succeed. That means repeating skills, building on information
and improving each week.
Session I will focus on skill and technique development. Players will also be introduced to "on" and "off" ball responsibilities including communication and movement in team play situations.
Session II maintains focus on volleyball fundamentals including skill development but will also incorporate team training and competition.

Our passion and dedication to the sport is obvious in how we approach coaching young athletes. We want players to not only learn the skills, but to also learn the GAME.
